Millie is a 23-year-old Final-Year Television Production student at Bournemouth University. Growing up with horses, Millie has competed successfully in Showjumping and Eventing, in addition to being an international show groom for able-bodied and para-dressage riders, before starting at university. It was throughout her time at university where Millie found her love for digital storytelling.

During a final year unit, Millie specialised in producing, where she created a short-form factual documentary featuring a para-dressage rider who had transitioned from able-bodied to parasport. This experience enabled her to combine her desire to tell authentic stories with her passion for horses and capture the beauty and emotion surrounding the equestrian sport on screen.

With a desire to create engaging content that connects audiences with sport and culture, the RMA proved a perfect opportunity for Millie to further develop her skills in equestrian media production. Millie is excited to meet industry professionals and absorb as much information and experience as she possibly can. Particularly with her placement with Equine Productions which will allow her to experience the production process from project management up until the post-production stages in a professional environment.
